Returns and Refunds

RETURNS

For any reason, the customer can return the order. Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving the package. Items must be returned in the same condition they were originally sent and neatly packaged. Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of wear. Items must be returned with all original labels, wrapping and other accessories received in the package. Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be damaged or altered or used as a shipping box. If customers wish to return the goods, they are asked to contact us via email or on the live chat of the site. The request will be taken care of by our operators and you will receive all the instructions for carrying out the return shipment.
Shipping costs related to the return of the goods are borne by the customer.

REFUNDS

In the event that the customer requests a refund of the returned order, the refund will be made upon receipt of the package and only following quality control of the returned items. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be visible on the next card statement. The processing time may vary depending on the credit card company, in any case it is approximately 10 working days. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase (EURO). Shipping costs and site fees are never refunded.

CHANGE SIZE

We thank you for choosing to shop on our site. To ensure a better shopping experience, we have implemented a size exchange policy that allows you to make exchanges if the size of the item purchased is not perfect for you.

Here are the details of our size exchange policy:

1. Free First Size Change : We offer a free first size change for each item purchased. If the size of the item is not the one you want, you can return it to us within 14 days from the delivery date and we will proceed with the size change at no additional cost to you. Please make sure the returned item is in original and unused condition.
2. Subsequent size changes : After the first free size change, subsequent changes will be at the customer's expense. If you wish to make a further size change, please contact us to arrange the return and exchange. For each subsequent size change, both the return shipping to our warehouses and the shipping of the new product will be charged.
3. First Size Change with Subsequent Return: After the first free size change, if the replaced item is returned, all shipping costs will not be refunded and will be paid by the customer. Please keep in mind that the original shipping of the first item shipped remains free if the amount was over €200.
   
4. Terms and Conditions : To take advantage of the size exchange policy, the item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, be in original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Please be sure to carefully follow the instructions provided for the return and size exchange process

DEFECTS ON THE PRODUCTS

GoldenSneakersBologna does not assume responsibility for any problems with the shoe's workmanship and the lifespan of the pair once used. It is possible to make returns and exchanges of products only in new conditions. Products used or that do not comply with the policy within the "Terms and Conditions" section are not subject to returns/returns.
