Each item is carefully examined by multiple team members, using approaches and techniques specific to that particular product, to ensure its authenticity. Only items deemed 100% new and authentic are shipped to customers. In the event that an item does not meet the high standards of authenticity, ResellZone reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer, or to start a new order processing at no additional cost, thus ensuring that the customer can obtain the desired product.

HOW DO WE CHECK A PRODUCT?

• Phase of verifying the condition of the box and external packaging, considering the type of material and the prints used to guarantee authenticity and suitability for sale. The integrity of the parent company's labels is also examined, evaluating the font and transparency of the internal packaging.
  
  
• Check of extra accessories, if provided by the manufacturer, to verify their completeness and original packaging. The materials used are also compared for accessories in order to guarantee their authenticity.
  
  
• Examination of the materials used in the creation of the product, such as leather, plastic, mesh or suede, and of all the logos present. This phase involves the use of different tools to calculate the invoice and identify its origin.
  
  
• Stitching assessment, including inspection of outsoles and midsoles, using UV detection tools.
  
  
• Verification of the accuracy of the sizes indicated in centimeters and the general conformity of the product.
