SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

All orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Orders are processed the day after the order date, or the first available business day.
Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
The order is processed in a maximum of 2 working days.
It is then entrusted to the selected courier who will deliver it to Italy in 1-2 working days (if there is the wording "Express 24/48h" or if there is no wording from 3 to 15 working days.
Deliveries to Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and smaller islands may have longer delivery times.
Shipping to Italy is free for orders over €200
Credit card transactions are charged when your order is processed.
GoldenSneakersBologna cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond the control of GoldenSneakersBologna .
When the order is entrusted to the courier, customers receive a notification email which provides the consignment note number relating to the order and a link for tracking it.
Upon delivery of the goods, customers are asked to inspect the package carefully before signing to confirm receipt of the same. GoldenSneakersBologna packages are carefully sealed.
If the package appears tampered with or the original adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is asked to sign for receipt of the package with reserve or to refuse delivery of the same.
In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to open a complaint with the relevant courier's office and to promptly contact GoldenSneakersBologna at the e-mail address gsneakers90@gmail.com .
In the event of a tampered package, if the customer does not sign the receipt with reservation, the delivery is considered automatically accepted and consequently any complaints will not be accepted.
All customers, by placing an order, establish a business relationship with GoldenSneakersBologna and undertake to accept delivery of the package relating to your order.
If a package is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons attributable to his lack of cooperation (incorrect/incomplete telephone number, incorrect/incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package will be returned to the sender at the expense of the customer.
- DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery of orders with no wording are not physically available in the warehouse but can be ordered and have a delivery time ranging from 3 to 15 working days.
Standard delivery of orders marked "Express 24/48h" takes place on average within 1 to 3 working days from shipment of the order in Italy*, from 2 to 5 working days in Europe and within 10 working days for all other destinations in world.
